137.4 dB at the muzzle off a .308 — the quietest .30 cal we've measured against published data. 31.6 dB of reduction, six external gas tubes, seven SOCOM tables on a KAC M110. The number ships on the card with every serial.
Overwatch is our precision-first .30 cal. Validated on the full SOCOM suppressor protocol across seven test tables on a KAC M110 URG — sound reduction, gas signature, point-of-impact shift, and cyclic endurance. One serialized body, published data sheet in the box.
Overwatch was validated against the full SOCOM suppressor protocol — sound reduction, gas signature, point-of-impact shift, and cyclic endurance across seven test tables on a KAC M110 URG. Numbers are published with a ±2 dB caveat and a growing database, because that's what honesty sounds like on paper.
Suppressed sound level at the muzzle, 7.62×51 NATO from an 18″ direct-impingement barrel, one meter left of muzzle. That's 31.6 dB of reduction against a ~169 dB unsuppressed baseline. Every serialized Overwatch ships with the published data sheet in the box.
Six external gas tubes vent the entrance chamber, dropping back pressure at the source.
Less gas in your face. Better sight picture, better breathing, better strings.
Less gas back through the action means less carbon on the bolt at the end of range day.
Overwatch is built around a patent-pending gas tube architecture — six linear external tubes that vent the loudest chamber into holding volumes and redirect pressure to cold spots. Venting the entrance chamber effectively increases its volume, and the whole gas signature changes shape. Back pressure drops. Sound drops with it.
The tubes sit outside the body with high surface area, so they heat fast and cool fast — keeping the baffles cooler than a traditional stack and slowing erosion over the life of the can. They also share the body's wall thickness and connect through ports at multiple points, reinforcing the whole structure instead of hanging off it.
HUB (1 3/8-24) with a direct-thread 5/8-24 adapter included in the box. Precision-rifle friendly — runs on a bare barrel or on any HUB muzzle device.
Copper-lined interface, torqued to spec by an authorized technician. Same tightening principle as the rest of the lineup — each shot works with the connection, not against it.
The ATF-marked half. The six external gas tubes share the body wall thickness and connect through ports at multiple points — reinforcing the whole structure instead of hanging off it.
Patent-pending. Six linear external tubes vent the entrance chamber into holding volumes and redirect pressure to cold spots. Back pressure drops, sound drops with it, less blowback in your face, and the baffles run cooler over the life of the can.
.30 cal muzzle-side flow control. First-blast surface. Replaced during a core service if worn.
Every Echo Trace centerfire suppressor is two primary parts: a serialized body (the part the government registers, with your ATF engravings and half of a two-part mechanical lock) and a non-serialized core (where the innovations live). Because the body is the registered suppressor, a worn or damaged core can be refreshed without a new stamp. As we develop improved cores at the same dimensions, existing Overwatch owners are eligible for the upgrade — a first in the silencer industry.
