01 · The Brief

A 5.56 can that doesn't ask you to slow down — or lie about what it is.

Veil is our duty-cycle 5.56. Not a range toy, not a competition-only can — a suppressor built for the day where the string never really ends. Short enough to keep your handling. Light enough to keep your hit rate. Quiet enough that the man across the doorway isn't sure where you are.

Every number on this page came from our January 2026 testing on a 16″ direct-impingement rifle, published with a ±2 dB caveat because that's what honesty sounds like. We didn't build Veil to win a hero-round demo — we built it to work on the tenth magazine.

Triangular baffles,
refined to a standard.

Triangular baffles aren't new. Ours are dialed in. Veil's baffle cavities are 3D pyramids — distributing blast force across three planes instead of trying to hold a curve. Combined with gas tube venting, erosion drops to a fraction of traditional rates. Same 5.56 can that quiets your rifle also outlasts it.

External gas tubes vent the entrance chamber — the loudest, highest-pressure zone in any suppressor — into holding chambers that redirect flow against the primary gas movement. The result on paper is 131.9 dB at the muzzle, 37.6 dB of reduction on a 16″ DI 5.56. The result in your hand is a suppressor that just works, mag after mag.

  • Triangular pyramid baffle geometry — three-plane force distribution, refined to a standard
  • Gas tube venting — external tubes bleed the loudest chamber into holding volumes
  • Semi-modular — primary baffle threads rigidly to the body for easy service and upgrade over the life of the can
  • Titanium body, HUB threading, direct-thread ½-28 adapter included
  • Two-piece body/core — serialized body stays, core gets serviced

01

HUB mount

Industry-standard HUB threading (1 3/8-24) on the titanium body. Compatible with every direct-thread, muzzle-brake, and flash-hider mount from every major manufacturer. Direct-thread ½-28 adapter included in the box.

02

Mechanical lock

Copper-lined interface that binds body to core. Torqued to spec by an authorized technician — not user-serviceable in the field.

03

Serialized body

The ATF-marked half. Carries the serial, caliber, and manufacturer engraving. Stays with the owner for life.

04

Serviceable core

Baffles, gas paths, end cap. Non-serialized. Refreshed or upgraded through the dealer — no new paperwork.

05

End cap

Muzzle-side flow control. First-blast surface. Replaced during a core service if worn.

04 · Upgrade Program

Keep the body.
Refresh the core.

The serialized body of a suppressor is the part the government tracks. Everything else — baffles, blast baffle, end cap — is service hardware. Most brands ship you a new can when the internals fatigue. We don't. Send the Veil back, keep your serial, and get a fresh core for a fraction of a new suppressor.

  1. STEP 01
Register the serial Your Veil is registered when it leaves Aberdeen. No paperwork on your end to be eligible.
  2. STEP 02
Send it back through your FFL All service traffic routes through a licensed FFL, same as the original transfer. Federal law, and we agree with it.
  3. STEP 03
Get a new core, keep your paperwork New baffle stack, blast baffle, and end cap. Same serial. Same NFA paperwork. Serviced and function-tested before we ship it home.

Take Veil home.
Backed for life.

Pay today. Pick your FFL at checkout. We ship the can to your dealer, they file the Form 4 with you, and it's yours after ATF approval — covered by our lifetime warranty and serviceable-core program from day one.
